By accessing or utilizing the interactive calculators and technical documentation provided by DevPulse Suite ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these conditions, you must immediately discontinue use.
2. Fair Use of Calculation Utilities
All computational tools hosted on DevPulse Suite are provided free of charge for personal, educational, and professional evaluation. You agree not to:
- Deploy automated scrapers, denial-of-service tools, or botnets against the platform's hosting infrastructure.
- Attempt to decompile or misrepresent the source algorithms as your own proprietary commercial software without attribution.
- Utilize the platform for unlawful computational activities or fraudulent penetration testing representations.
3. Mathematical Estimation Disclaimer
Calculations performed by our tools—including network transfer durations, focus recovery metrics, and freelance rate targets—are mathematical models based on industry averages and empirical formulas. They are intended solely for estimation and planning purposes and do not constitute formal legal, financial, or commercial SLAs.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DevPulse Suite or its engineering contributors be held liable for any damages, production downtime, missed deadlines, or financial variances arising out of the use or inability to use the calculation engines hosted on this portal.
5. Revisions
We may revise these Terms of Service at our discretion. Continued use of the platform following modifications implies formal acceptance of updated terms.
